I was going through a crazy week when I suddenly received a request which left me dumbstruck for quite a while. After doing some basic calculation, it hit me that the request was for 2100 cupcakes which I had to do within 4 days after a crazy weekend of 4 big orders.
Nevertheless, always loving the challenge I said okay without realizing what lies ahead for me!
Luckily I had 2 amazing elves to help me out day in day out and we were pulling at least 16 hours a day. The moment we wake up, we work till when our eyes cannot take it anymore... I was hyperventilating most of the time worried I will not be able to deliver!

Amazing!!! I cannot image making 2,100 cupcakes in 4 days. You do realize that now that you've proven you can do it, you're going to get more orders like this one? :)
