We will start with a cupcake cake demo session where we will guide you on how to bake a batch of chocolate cupcakes.
While the cupcakes are baking, we will start making the classic xmas decor - we will 'hand-make' rudolph, santa & snowman, all from sugar!!
Then we will cream the cupcakes and cover the cupcakes before we finish them off with the cupcake decors we have just created!

For this class, the cakes will be prebaked for you a 4" & 6" butter cake. You will get to cream them yourselves before covering them with fondant aka sugarpaste! Then we will leave it to dry.
While waiting for it to dry, we will start making the 3d Santa Clause, snowflakes, christmas trees & so forth!
When everything is done, we will decorate them on our covered cake!
It will make the perfect christmas gift for your loved ones!
