My personal favourite for the month! This is actually a very special request... went out of the norm to do this but I'm glad I did... A staff of mine wanted to make cheese cake for someone dear with the condition, HE helps to do everything... The ideas for the cake developed as we progressed.

With baked cheese as the cake, oreo biscuit crust as the filling (quite special right?) & fondant to cover it over... And when there's moo-moo, we also need..... GRASS!

all together now! I really like it. Maybe coz it's my first fondant mini cake... and maybe it's also because the colour blends really well together!

I was really sad to see this cake taken away.... but but........

Got an order from Ying who ordered previously for the boyfriend's birthday. This time, she's really sweet. They won't be able to spend v-day together so she decided to combine their anniversary & v-day together. So, that's my theme for the cupcakes! Lyn May & I go way back to high school.... :) and her anniversary is coming up. She wanted to surprise her hubs with some cupcakes! They will be having their dinner @ Manila Place. So I suggested 2-tier because then, we can set it up for her! She loves mango while Alvin likes chocolate.

The bottom tier is filled with mixed flavor but chocolate peanut butter topping to make it a standard one colour...

They both love tennis.... so the top tier, I used green to create a grass-court feel and topped it with tennis balls!

And all together now!

Wedding Anniversary's Cupcakes

Wen Ying, a customer from Manila Place & Temptations, wanted to make some cupcakes for her 3rd sister's Wedding Anniversary. She wanted 3 flavors - choc, coffee & strawberry coz her sis loves coffee, her sis's hubs loves strawberry while the sis's son loves choc! So all together now!

Middle is filled with strawberry while the outer layer is filled with coffee & choc.
